The Website is owned and operated by Pillar Life Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (“Pillar Life”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Pillar Life’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Pillar Life (collectively, the “Agreement”).

These terms and policies affect your legal rights and obligations, and if you do not agree to be bound by all of these terms and policies, do not access or use this Site. Pillar Life may revise the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time.

The information provided by this Site or in any communication with Pillar Life containing a link to this Site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or that would subject Pillar Life  to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Neither this information nor any opinion contained on this Site constitutes a solicitation, recommendation or offer by Pillar Life to purchase or sell any insurance or annuity product.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions and this Site’s Privacy Policy, your relationship with Pillar Life may be governed by additional terms and policies you have agreed to as an insurance agent, business partner, Pillar Life customer or in another capacity, particularly with respect to any products or services offered by Pillar Life and its affiliate, subsidiary and parent entities. For example, Pillar Life will observe more restrictive practices than those described in the Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information where required by law or in other contractual obligations.

Terms and Conditions

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site.
2. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Pillar Life, it can stop providing all or part of this Site to you.

15. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease.
16. Pillar Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms & Conditions (“Updated Terms”) from time to time. You agree that Pillar Life may notify you of the Updated Terms by posting them on this Site, and that your use of this Site after the effective date of the Updated Terms (or engaging in such other conduct as Pillar Life may reasonably specify) constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. 18. Pillar Life reserves the right to force forfeiture of any username for any reason.
19. Pillar Life may, but has no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor Content or accounts containing Content that it determines in its sole discretion violates these Terms & Conditions.

The disclaimer of warranties, the limitation of liability and the jurisdiction and applicable law provisions shall survive any termination. The license grants mentioned herein shall continue in effect subject to the terms of the applicable license.

Although it is Pillar Life’s intention for this Site to be available as much as possible, there will be occasions when this Site may be interrupted, including, without limitation, for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. Also, Pillar Life reserves the right to remove any Content from this Site for any reason, without prior notice.
